true north

In life’s journey we are often uncertain where we stand, where we are going and what is the right path for us per-sonally. Knowing our True North enables us to follow the right path. Coaching is about helping others create posi-tive change in their lives. Whether it’s in the workplace or in their personal life, coaching helps people get focused on personal goals such as relationships, time management, work/life balance, stress reduction, life simplification and career goals.

Life Coaching draws on content from multiple disciplines, including: emotional intelligence, positive psychology, workplace coaching, use of self, evidence-based coaching, neuroscience of coaching, systems theory, relationship intelligence, organization development and appreciative inquiry.

I use a coaching model for all the work I do in personal life coaching, mediations, workplace relationship consult-ing and facilitating coaching circles. Each of us comes with the answers and coaching helps bring that out in a way that works best for each individual or work group. Coaching can be in person or by phone and sessions last anywhere from 30—60 minutes in a frequency that best fits the client’s schedule.
